Tyson A. McLean

Tyson is results driven and diligent. As a Montana native, he believes integrity is the foundation to building meaningful relationships.  Tyson dynamically serves his clients through proactive and collaborative client-focused problem solving. Tyson’s expert legal research skills and effective oral advocacy skills can bring impressive results for his clients in both State and Federal court.

Outside of legal work, Tyson is an avid fly fishermen and oarsman. He is family oriented and spends his time in local parks and on hiking trails sharing Montana’s bounty with his wife and two children. When the snow flies, you can find him snowboarding and dreaming of big dry flies.

Tyson specializes in general commercial litigation, insurance law, business law, construction law and criminal law.
